Ernest D. Kelly, LLC is a small, experienced, and dependable accounting firm specializing in accounting systems for small businesses and taxation for Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations. Consultation, preparation, and representation services are also available.

Since the company started in 1980, we have represented over 500 businesses and have served over 5500 individuals in 36 states and overseas. One of the keys to our success is the personal attention we give to each account. We are always looking for new ways to be of service to our clients.

The key to all successful businesses is a good foundation. With over 90% of all businesses classified as a small business, and with 4 out of every 5 of these businesses failing within two years, we believe good, sound accounting advice is necessary for new businesses to succeed.
